Alyssa Carroll had a night to remember on Friday night, as her 21-point, 15-rebound double-double led Adna to a 73-42 win over Tumwater.
In addition to Carroll’s big night, three other Pirates also hit double-figures. McKenna Torrey scored 15 points, Rhylee Beebe tallied 14, and Ava Humphrey added 11.
Humphrey also added six assists and four steals, Beebe dished out five assists of her own, and Madi Otten scored five points to go along with her seven rebounds.
As a team, the Pirates tallied 17 assists.
“This is a group that is continuing to grow through making mistakes, quickly adjusting and then seeing positive outcomes,” Adna coach Chris Bannish said, while commending several individual performances.
Anden Demaris led the T-Birds with 11 points, while Claire Buono added 10 to also finish in double-figures.
Tumwater (2-3) will be back at home on Monday to host Rainier, while Adna (3-1) will host Enumclaw on Tuesday.
