Saint Martin’s men’s golf hosts 2026 SMU Bishop Invitational

The Saint Martin’s men’s golf team hosted the 2026 SMU Bishop Invitational in DuPont at The Home Course from Sept. 25 through Sept. 26.

The Saints finished 607 (+31) as a team to place 13th out of 15 teams. Round one was cancelled due to inclement weather conditions.

Rasmus Tamker, fresh off last year’s GNAC individual championship title, was the Saints’ top golfer with a score of 149 (+5) to tie for 40th. He recorded a 75 in round two and a 74 in round three.

Luke Cheplak was the next top golfer for the Saints in his debut with the team, placing 44th with a score of 150 (+6). He shot 75 in both rounds.



Davis Sheets recorded a 76 in round two and a 75 in round three, finishing with a 151 (+7) to place 48th. Jacob Parker placed 53rd, recording a 152 (+8) overall score. He shot 77 in round two and 75 in round three.

Anthony Uehara recorded a 156 (+12) to place 66th overall, and Kush Shah placed 76th by carding a 161 (+17). Andre Kosaki recorded a 163 (+19), and Sergio Mir shot 167 (+23).

Saint Martin’s will compete at the WWU Fall Invitational in Bellingham from Monday, Sept. 28 through Tuesday, Sept. 29.
