A Tenino woman faces potential DUI charges after colliding with a tree off state Route 121 near Millersylvania State Park on Monday, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).
Priscilla L. White, 49, was transported to Providence St. Peter Hospital with undisclosed injuries following the incident.
White was wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision.
According to WSP, White was driving a 2013 Honda Accord northbound on Route 121 near milepost 3 shortly before 7 p.m. when her car went off the road to the right and struck a tree.
Troopers indicated drugs or alcohol had been involved in the incident, and said the road was shut down for one hour and nine minutes.
The Accord was considered totaled.
