The Timberline baseball team is heating up at about the midway point of the regular season. One day after a 25-0 shutout of Lakes, the Blazers completed the two-game sweep with a 15-0 win at home Tuesday.
Over the past three games, Timberline has outscored its opponents 49-2.
Adrian Williams pitched four shutout innings for the Blazers, giving up just three hits and a walk while punching out five batters. Carter Glaser finished the game in the fifth with a pair of strikeouts.
Caleb Bacon and Blake Rickert both drove in three runs at the plate, and Marley Gamble added two RBIs. Timberline walked 11 times and reached base on four hit batters and seven Lakes errors.
Timberline (5-4, 5-3 Puget Sound League) will face Capital (4-7, 4-5 Puget Sound League) April 14 and April 15 following a week off from regular-season baseball.
