A 48-year-old Mason County woman died after she lost control of her vehicle on state Route 106 near Skokomish on Christmas Eve.
She was identified Monday by the Washington State Patrol as Lydia C. Johns.
Speed and drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Johns was reportedly driving a 2016 Hyundai Tucson eastbound on state Route 106 when she lost control of the vehicle near milepost three.
A Washington State Patrol incident report indicates that the Tucson left the roadway, rolled and then came to rest in a ditch.
