The Toledo girls basketball team opened its season on a near-perfect note, cruising past Rochester 69-7 to begin the 2025-26 season 1-0.
The Riverhawks scored 25 points in the first and added 10 more in the second to build a 30-point halftime lead, and they added 17 more in both the third and fourth.
Ryah Stanley scored 12 points and added five rebounds, and Ellie Fallon and Kailea Lairson added 11 points each. Lairson also logged five steals, while Fallon tallied six rebounds and three steals.
Taysia Miller scored 10 points, and Sidney Kruger scored eight. Kruger also recorded three steals, as did Zaya Norberg and Peyton Holter.
Lexi Dupont scored all seven of Rochester’s points.
The Warriors (0-1) will look to bounce back in Pe Ell on Thursday, while Toledo (1-0) will head to Naselle on the same night.
