Following her individual victory at the Evergreen Conference Championships, Rochester senior Natalie Southard was voted by the coaches as the league MVP. She finished with the best league average score of 175.
On the five-member first team, it was dominated by W.F. West.
Juniors Juliana Gonzalez and Allie Smitherman, sophomores Mackenzie Zuber and Breanna Munsell and freshman Sable Bunker were the five honorees for the Bearcats. All finished with a league average above 160.
Southard’s teammates Isabel McConnell, Anmaree Langley and Ava Clouse were named to the second team for the Warriors. Also on the second team were Black Hills’ Aislynn Griffin, Centralia’s Lily Guerrero and Tumwater’s Bella Beamish.
Competing at the state meet that begins on Monday in Tukwila will be Southard, Zuber, Guerrero, Bunker, Smitherman and Lilly Richter of Rochester.
