The Tumwater volleyball team picked up another league win on Tuesday, topping Black Hills on the road 25-19, 25-19, 22-25, 25-7.

The T-Birds have now won three league games in a row after an 0-6 mark in their non-league slate.

Tumwater stats were not available as of time of writing, but will be added to this article when they are made available.

Black Hills coach Kendra Dunn said she was proud of the way her group battled through the first three sets, saying the Wolves “played well, fought hard, and refused to give up.”

“We’ll continue to learn from these tough matches, keep growing, and get better together,” Dunn said.

Lilly Worthen led the way with 13 kills, 13 digs, and three blocks, while Tyler Venable added eight kills and three aces.

Jaya Tummala ended the night with six kills, three blocks, and three aces, and Piper Manning collected 18 digs and delivered three aces from the line.

Tumwater (3-6, 3-0 2A EvCo) will look to make it four straight on Thursday in Shelton, the same night that Black Hills (6-4, 0-3 2A EvCo) will look to snap its four-game skid in Centralia.
